Between Full Moons: A Werewolf Paranormal Romance Solo Journaling Game
A downloadable game
This is a wolf-shifter and romantasy inspired fairytale retelling of "The Wolf Prince." In it, you'll attempt to free your wolf-husband from a witch's cursed collar that inverses his lycanthropy. You'll be working undercover as the witch's servant to stay close to him and plan your shared escape.
There are three possible ways to get your happy ending:
- Gather enough ingredients for a potion to reverse his lycanthropy
- Obtain money by any means necessary for a magic key to unlock the collar
- Lull the witch into a false sense of security and strike when she least suspects it
Succeed, and you can escape with the love of your life. Fail, and the witch will turn you out on the streets with nothing to show for your efforts.
Along the way, your only solace will be found in stolen moments with your beloved under the full moon, when he returns to his human form.
Will you outwit the witch, defy the curse, and fight for your husband's freedom? Or will you surrender him to the curse by leaving the story untold?
All you need to play is a six-sided die (d6), a standard deck of playing cards, and a small game token like a coin, rock, or shell to move across the "board" you'll design using your deck of cards. (Don’t worry—there’s a page for tracking your custom board so you can pause, take notes, or return to the game later!) A complete standalone solo journaling roleplaying game with no prior RPG experience needed.

Very cool!
Thank you! This one was so fun to make and play test with the "board" made of playing cards!
